“Every once in a while a song reaches out and grabs me. For some reason or another it describes exactly how I’m feeling or hits a note of truth. I change my song pretty frequently since I adore music of all kinds.” http://epicself.com/be/my-new-theme-songs/
“Typically blasting the same songs over and over until I can let go and push forward with confidence and a new attitude.”

40Salegi music
1.In the first part of the audio recorded from the movie, the main music begins in running time 2:58 and I love it! The start and the ending of the music is designed so clever and neat in the movie and I love it!
Before music, the conversations are also great: “You yourself only, can take the power to change your situation.”
Negar used to play musical instrument, and now she saws herself far away from it and is also sick of the routine in her life. And feels lack of courage to take responsibility to change it.
2. In the second part of the audio recorded from the movie, which the music and the conversations, moved me deeply into the tears. The delicate voice of Mohammad-Reza Foroutan and the firm advice of Ezzatolah Entezami, telling “You don’t have to know everything. If people knew about each other’s intentions and thoughts, they wouldn’t pass near each other and you yourself, if you know what happens in your body, and digestive system of your body, and then you are willing to be hungry and die. Would you want that happen?”
Anyway, the movie resonates with me so much and every time I cry. Its because since I too see myself far away from my musical instrument.
Another reason is that I have passion and desire to be actor too. To put all the past pain into something meaningful and useful for me and others.
I believe I can be a very good actor too.

Traveling quote
“Traveling through the world produces a marvelous clarity in the judgment of men. We are all of us confined and enclosed within ourselves, and see no farther than the end of our nose. This great world is a mirror where we must see ourselves in order to know ourselves. There are so many different tempers, so many different points of view, judgments, opinions, laws and customs to teach us to judge wisely on our own, and to teach our judgment to recognize its imperfection and natural weakness.”

Nice links :

but not the one I wanted to talk about.
The need to touch the nature and be in touch with its creatures that are always in balance with it. That's one secret to reclaim your life.
